I've only ever seen duckbill wings on drift cars, My mate has a rocket bunny one on his s14 silvia. I doubt you'll find one for a dsm/evo unless it was a custom jobby. You could always buy one and modify it to fit ? pretty sure they're only fibreglass.
14psi will be fine, just do your maintance. And don't put shit gas in it, if your really worried go to a performance shop with a dyno and get it checked out.
