    They could have but, its a one piece thrust bearing which i believe were in the earlier models. The part number for main bearings is on the work order at the bottom. They are 0.25 and the rods are .01 i believe. i could post the receipt from the parts i bought from map to if that helps any

    I finally uploaded the build sheets and part sheets. If someone could look them over and insure that corret specs were used along with parts. They did not use the main bearings i brought in, they said they were the wrong size or something just fyi...

    it was a stock 7 bolt and yes the used that crank. there clearnces are written on the build sheet. which are top.021 dec or lec(cant read his writting).024 main.0015 thrust 005 rods .0015 grind crank.01 bore block.02

    op? I realy dont know what the machine shop did during assembly i picked up the short block that they assembled and the head. A friend and I put the head and short block together and dropped in the motor

    The motor was completely intact when i brought it to the machine shop. I had them disassemble it and they should have inspected it. I had told them that the motor had spun a bearing or thats what i thought. I keep having this feeling like more and more that it was a machine shop error...

    I have a block at the machine shop right now n what they told me for prices 60 bore 60 hot tank 80 regrind crank 250 asssembly 60 head deck
  11. Tranny Issue.. 3rd gear grind

    you could just try and change the tranny fluid(syncrmesh? cant spell sry). I had the same problem with mine in seccond. I drove the car for a year like that no problems other than the annoying sound.

    Dont they stamp there cams? You think they would have some kind of marking from the maker

    its pretty much the only two options. So then its proly a head gasket.

    There is a huge thread on here about ebay exhuast. There is absoultly nothin wrong with it FYI. I have heard it sounds great, and looks good so. I would just buy the ebay exhuat it will save you money for the other goodies you will need:thumb:
