You have a short in whatever those fuses go to.

Have you checked the BISS or any other air adjustment on it?

I would definitely look at upgrading the turbo if that's the case, i believe the small 16g maximum efficiency is around 22lbs. This link has alot of info on turbo's.Turbo Specifications. - evolutionm.net

there's four clips that hold it in, they are pretty much in the corner's. Just use a small standard screwdriver.

I would check the coolant system for leaks.Engine coolant system and compression testing - YouTube

For that price who cares if you need to rebuild the turbo? Leak down test along with the compression test should confirm the health of the engine.

asd relay is on the firewall by the master cylinder.
