    I have a stock 1g with a 14b still on it and it doesnt spool till around 35ish but it has a crack in the turbine housing. Maybe your leaking exhaust somewhere?

    I know this is an old thread but im getting ready to go with the 2g piston 1g rod combo. My question is can you cut the squirter maybe 1/8th of an inch off for that clearance issue? I really hate cutting anything inside of an engine like that but does anyone see problems with it?

  9. Crush bend piping?

    I got a 3 in turbo back that was crush bent from and exhuast shop and it doesnt look like it reduces that much where it is bent. You can tell it does a little bit but that 2.5in should still be fine for your goals.

    My 95 gsx does the exact same thing after i replaced the shaft seals in my throttle body. From what i have read 2g tps adjusment is more about measuring with a feeler gauge than with voltage as you would do in a 1gbut my cel is on because of a bad isc motor so i really dont know
