UPDATE, I know its been a long time since I posted on this thread but I need to Set as RESOLVED
I changed all 6 front control arms that came with new ball joints. NO MORE VIBRATION. Also I cleaned the Brake pins and applied new grease to them and in the holes, pads are wearing normal now.
Rewire the harness back to normal
patch the holes in the vacuum lines to the HVAC controls.
Have the head reworked
Bore and hone cylinders
Install new rings

this happend to me once and I noticed if I smacked the fuel pump and ASD relay it would start up fine. Almost like it was getting stuck. In fact i could take the terminal off and on a few times and it would fire up no problems.
