finally figured it out last night! i was running a 1g maf in the mean time til i get my jackal setup and i figured out that was the problem. something was screwed up with the maf. i put together a 2g maf and boom problem fixed.thanks for all your help

yea i just put new plugs and wires in mine so i know thats not the issue.the only other thing i can think of if its not what i listed above is the harness is screwed up somewhere from when it was running ems.ill let you guys know after i try out those few things to see if thats it
