ECMlink GM Ethanol sensor mount location

I know this is the tuning section and the sensor is tuning related but the question is around where you all are mounting your sensors? I have a mostly stock 2g engine bay and so space is pretty limited. The fuel return setup is stock and the fuel return line itself is pretty short. Are you...

    ECMlink Innovate LC-2 help

I wish I could remember. I believe I was taking a signal wire from the ecu at the wrong spot.

How much did you pay for your DSM?

$8k in Jan 2021. '98 5spd GST Spyder. 75k original miles. Clean as a whistle.

ECMlink Help needed understanding strange results when trying to tune car. Logs attached

Should probably have an ethanol sensor but I just haven't gotten to that yet. As far as converting, yep run it as low as you can, fill up on e85. Tell link the new AFR stoich for e85 then adjust target afr's.

I was having an impossible time getting rid of knock. Cams, stock sidemount and 93. Decided to say screw it and have been running E85 ever since with no issues. Will eventually get my fmic on but for now knock BE-GONE

At the risk of asking a stupid question. Did you mention what fuel you're running?

That log in post #82 is only opening in the ecu config. Can you upload one that has the actual log?

WBFactor should be as close to 0 as possible. As long as your gauge matches what link says for afr then you should be able to dial that in. Turn track log on so you can see the point in the ve table where the afr needs adjusted and go from there.

ECMlink RESOLVED - What the hell is going on with my car/tune going full lean.?

It's only 15minutes. You can avoid frostbite at those speeds, just do it ROFL

ECMlink RESOLVED - What the hell is going on with my car/tune going full lean.?

I like the idea back a ways of getting an in-car fuel pressure gauge just to ensure the pressure you're seeing in link is, indeed what the car is getting. Also as said above if you haven't changed the global to mimic even larger injectors if you haven't already and how about adding a second fuel...

ECMlink RESOLVED - What the hell is going on with my car/tune going full lean.?

Apologies, I know this is relatively old-ish. Any solution, I'm very curious.

    ECMlink Innovate LC-2 help

I have fmic and sd setup waiting in the wings, just haven’t felt like taking it apart again recently but I agree. I’ll get a wot pull in now that the wideband gives me accurate logs and go from there

    ECMlink Innovate LC-2 help

I’m running wastegate pressure ~16psi spring with no mafcomp adj at 500+ mafraw. Everything is flat 500+ and forward. I’d assume that’s plenty of fuel but I’ll have to log some pulls now that the innovate is logging and the aem isn’t a friggin guess.
