    HMMM.... That link you posted has hood vents and upgraded fans so how are they band aids?? WTFIf you would have read my car profile, I have all off those mods: aluminum radiator, 2-1000 CFM fans a large hood vent (That works quit well!), new thermostat, same mixture of coolant, 1.1 bar...

    DO NOT PUT A CHECK VALVE ON THE WASTE GATE LINE!!!!You're just asking for trouble if you do.It's not a check valve it's a FILTER!!!The solenoid is wired wrong, check the colors of the wires, check the connectors at the solenoid and at the unit.

    My car (the one in my profile) gets 27-28 mpg on the highway, driving conservative. Every car is different but like every one else is saying preventive maintenance is the best way to get good mileage!What are you getting for mileage now?
