Check air start after mass air flow, idle adjustment screw. Note possibly the #3 injector leak you stated something about spark plug and you smell fuel.
I would check crank/cam timing then compression. All fuse Trigger/cam signal ignition and injector output. If all is in sync the car should start if you have fuel pressure, correct ignition timing and plug wire on correctly with good spark plugs.

I want go direct fire using elite 2500 and Haltech ign-1A coil Kiggly 12 tooth trigger one tooth home 2g DSM/ evo 8 cas. with large tooth remove off tone wheel. Do I use the same setting that come with the kit from Kiggly for trigger I have the Haltech 4g63 and sub harness for coil and crank/cam.
