So I am going to be installing a set of FIC 1650 bluemax injectors into my colt and I saw people recommend using the easytune box to make life easier. The box is discontinued though. It's seems like it is just a voltage regulator right? So could I just wire up and voltage regulator to the...
I have my map sensor and I ordered an ait sensor to convert to speed density. So that'll be the next project once I get it set up as it sits right now. I will check that out later today or tomorrow after Easter stuff is all done. Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.
Well I figured it out. Not sure why it didnt affect the stock ECU but I remembered I messed with the idle air screw a couple days ago adjusted that some and it stopped. Apparently it was way to far out. What is the proper way to adjust it by the way?
Could a faulty idle switch be causing the problem? If I untick the "Enable idleswitch operation" the problem stops. It idles at about 1900 though too sooo...?
Ah, neat. Well they are all stock. Everything in the Direct access tab is stock as far as I can tell. Also disabling narrow band simulation only seemed to work once and I couldn't repeat it. So maybe it didn't actually stop it...
One thing I didnt think of is when I got the ECU it came set up for 850cc injectors. In the ECMlink settings I set everything back to 0 for stock, but I didn't think about the Voltage based deadtime adjustment. Anyone know the stock values? Right now it is set at7 2115

Ok here is my log of the idle. And as a possible side note I have the yellow wire from the mtx-l running to the front O2 sensor input on the ecu. Which should be 0-5V analog output. I have the narrow band simulator turned on and the switch point set to 2.49V. when I disable the simulator in...
I will have to get one tomorrow. I thought I had one on my computer but apparently not. I did notice that it was dipping in and out of closed loop while it was happening and AFR was going from stoich to lean. Idle switch was consistent. Anything specific I should definitely be logging to make...
Ok SO I have a fairly stock motor. Stock injectors, turbo, boost, etc. Only thing done is a GM Maft and front mount intercooler. I have an Innovate MTX-L wideband in the stock O2 sensor location. When the stock ecu was in I ran the narrow band simulator wire to the ECU and it ran reasonable...
I just realized though that these wires would be colored for a colt not an eclipse but every diagram I look at only shows 4 wires going to the alternator. Two in the plug and two are the charging wires. So I have no idea what these other two are for...
So I pulled the alternator off to replace it and when I went to put the new one on I noticed 2 extra wires. There is a yellow wire and a blue wire. From searching I think I found that the yellow is for the oil dummy light I think but what is the blue one? The blue has a female connector on it I...
Thanks man. Only difference is mine has a cheapo all black front bumper on it at the moment until I get the Toms body kit on it...and you engine bay is also immaculate compared to mine lol.
