Wiseco makes an 8.5:1 piston. Eagle/WisecoHD's is what I use.

Is there a downside to running higher than stock fuel pressure?

I highly recommend sticking to the DSMtuners horse power upgrade path. Its a logical path for upgrading your DSM so you wont be installing expensive parts that you can't even use yet, or worse... destoying your engine. I've used it... it works. It WILL save you future head aches.

    Help with misfire

Swap the plugs and wires around to see if the misfire moves, to try and isolate the plugs or wires for fault. If no change, then move the coils. Its a fairly simple concept of part isolation.

Is there a downside to running higher than stock fuel pressure?

With that Walbro 255 I would defintly get a AFPR. Your running richer that you need to be. The downside to higher fuel pressure than needed at your stage is power loss and decreased gas mileage.

Quick way of switching maps from e85 to 92 pump??

You got 1up on me... I have not messed with SD yet so I could not tell you if it needs adjustment or not. Are you using the air temp value from the factory MAF sensor with the omni 4 bar to run the SD?

Quick way of switching maps from e85 to 92 pump??

Quick way of switching maps from e85 to 92 pump??

"Save" button.... LOL. Once you open up the program on a computer and sync up its pretty self explanatory?Setting "Global Fuel" is dailing in the injectors for the type of fuel that you are using. Set correctly gives you the proper baseline to tune off of.

Pushing coolant out the overflow bottle... Blown Head gasket

I would not. Im using a Cometic MLS and they recommend a dry install, but that is only If you have both surfaces prep'd properly. I installed it dry on mine... no problems.Cometic Gasket, Inc.
