I need to reinstall my Tcase and driveshaft before i can make a 3rd gear pull log. They were taken out for the 2wd dyno (center diff is welded).Pump 93

Ill see what is in there tomorrow, the dyno logs would be on the tuners computer, but ill check the global and some other pertinent stuff. I trust whatever he had done or tried though, its a reputable tuner and has tons of dsm experience. I'm more wondering if there is drivers, chips, caps...
Global changes work. Its weird. Tuner seems to think its ECU related, he said my VE is to high across the board and maxxed out up high and it still wants to go over 12:1 on wot so he has to let off early.
My pressure is holding and increasing as it should. My wideband and the dyno WB read very close to each other but neither is reacting to the VE changes in ECMlink.
Is there anything in the ECU that could cause ECMlink to not properly deliver fuel? The fuel system is 100% and pressure is building 1:1. My first tuning session ended early due to a fuel problem. I repaired the issue (bad pick up line in tank) replaced the 525lph pump anyway, replaced all...
I have a black ISC that tested 46-48 ohms at 35-40 degrees F. This seems high and is out of range, but no coils where shorted. The video shows the ISC's movement, following a key on, after disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes. Does this seem right to anyone that knows?
Wow, thanks for the link. That is exactly it. I didn't get that much out, but then again I wasn't trying. I have a few small groves in the crank that can barely be felt with a finger nail, so a polish is needed at the minimum, hopefully the machinist can open it up and clean it out good
Any ideas to why this oil pump was failing like it did.
It appears I have a combination of problems stemming from (oil starvation) gobs of RTV and old gasket material in the crank journals but I would not want to repeat the same mistake with the oil pump.
Could improper timing belt tension...
I have a non-eprom ecu in the car I'm building. I've already purchased ecmtuning SD cable, gm iat, gm 4-bar map, ingersoll rand boost solenoid and adapter plug, and a innovate LC-2 wideband. Would you recommend finding a chipped ecu that will work with dsmlink or spending a few extra hundred...
Thanks, pretty much what I wanted to hear. I just didn't want to go as far as I've gone only to have egg on my face later, but the stuff is basically brand new.
I have a Wiseco/Eagle rod OEM 100mm crank 2.3l stroker that I only put maybe 2000 miles on about 12 years ago. It ran great then, has good compression, had perfect oil pressure but was put together by a much younger me with no regard to precision measurements. The block was honed and...
