Try this link for dimensions. I would ask if someone could make a paper template from a stock door and use that for drilling. (as in the link). You only have one shot at this. If the strakes don't match up, it will look pretty bad...
Stopped in Autoz0ne to pickup their 'oil change special' (jug of oil, filter)...I saw an ad in the store for a deal on winter blades so I picked up two. Their sign by the ad said 'free installation, so when I checked out the girl asked if I wanted them installed, so I said sure! She turned to...
I have also been through these threads looking for the correct fittings for the fuel hardlines. In my case I need one for the top of the pump hanger, where someone cut off the end of the hardline. Putting SS Line/hose on with a clamp is just a bad idea. So I finally found a compression fitting...
I just reworked by fuel feeds/returns with -6an SS lines! (as many other have done on here.) Is there certain makes of SS lines which allow vapors to escape? I know there are different manufactures of SS lines, but it would be good to know which type of SS line you used. I was told that they...

Review the info in this link. If the fuse blows when you first turn the key, I would unplug the wiper switch and the wiper motor and then try the key again. If the fuse DOES NOT blow, then...

The way I see it is you have to pull the motor anyway. So if you are on a tight budget (who isn't?), rebuild YOUR motor. My guess is it would be less money than buying ANOTHER motor. Unless you want a bunch of spare motor parts.Maybe one way to save is to just have your bottom end...
I have read many times...it is not so much what is 'in' the rebuilt motor, but it is ALL about 'how' it is done. If you buy a 'rebuilt' motor you are still at risk of 'not knowing' if it is all good. If you find a good shop and manage your own rebuild (7-Bolt), you will at least know what (and...
This is one of the best articles to correct Idle Surge...I followed this and found my problem(s).Terry's Talon Troubleshooting Tips #3 - Fast Idle (aka. Idle Surge)good Luck
Sorry to get off topic..
I would get a poor mans stethoscope (piece of garden hose or slighty smaller) and see if you can locate the 'ticking sound'. Would be best without the timing belt cover, but we all know that is a pain to get off/on. Maybe you can locate the noise. If the noise stops...
+1... I went to a COP setup and was having problems (Idle, Misfires, etc). Did research on Tuners and found this is very common. So I sold mine. (I did not have a DIS or MSD box). As said...can't beat the stock coil setup unless you are pushing the HP...
