If you can get fittings to fit on it, I don't see why you can't use it. Although a 120psi regulator will be a little overkill, you will have to definitely play with it to be able to figure out where the knob needs to be to find the correct the boost setting.

If the hood is cracking, the resin is probably what you see cracking, most likely its wet carbon which is the way they cure the hood, the resin is probably UV damaged from being in the sun, you can clear coat it, but it may not take away the spidering, it may help it though. Or you can just...

I agree with the punishment racing kit. Its a great quality kit, I just installed it on mine, very painless.

Even though most carbon fiber pieces come with a UV coating to help reduce fade, I would clear coat it. I had my carbon trunk cleared and it looks amazing. It looks much deeper when its cleared and it helps protect it even more.
