I think my fix was I rewired everything nicely thicker wires, new connector, more grounds and i believe that was what fixed the issue. It is warm but not burning hot like before.

Yea mine not recirculated and never had this problem. Mine still holds up and has been on since they first out. I DD with 27psi of boost. I know locals with this BOV and they are good. Buy an o-ring for that and fix it.
