i am getting voltage at the fuses and getting voltage to the alt connector.found loose wires... coming off the B terminal at the alt..... Repaired them and fixed the issue...13.5-13.7volts running at the battery...Thank You for your help!

i had to replace my water pump so while i was down there i aligned all the timing marks and placed the engine at TDC #1 mounted the 63 cover and then the fluidampr, and it pointed right on TDC mark on the cover.so mechanically its right.and after adjustment to 5* the CAS looks like this...

quick question.... with a 2.4 (G4CS or 4G64) with a 63 head which timing cover do you use. the 2.4 or the 2.0?i am using the 63 timing cover and with base timing set to the 5* mark on the cover it runs like shit, and my CAS is almost all the way advanced.did i use the wrong cover?

thankyou for the heads up. what should the airflow per rev be on a 2.4l?here is the first true idle log, still have to set base timing and fix a few leaks before going into road tuning.

thanks for your input, let me clarify a few things.i'm not confused on the tuning aspect, i have helped tune several cars.the BM1650 settings should be as such - E85 - -59% global - 500-800usecs deadtime. 93oct - -72% global - 500-800usecs deadtime.with these settings the car should start...
