For those who care, the problem for me wasn't the gear solenoids, it was the TCU! I replaced gear solenoids 1 & 2 and problem still persisted. I ordered a used TCU off Ebay and were back to normal shifting and operation!!!

that's located behind the radio unit, accessible from the passenger side (left leg area) panel, correct? TCU/ECU are in the same location basically, right?
holy shit there's a A/T fuse?! OMG, I hope this solves my Auto trans not shifting out of 1st gear problem I just posted about! I had no idea A/T had fuses for gear shifting.... FML lol

Thank you so much for the write up! My o2 sensor fouled when my water pump weep holes were leaking all over the place... pretty sure this is what fouled the sensor!
