Because i've yet to meet or see a dsm that didn't tick regardless of what lifters they had, but with Lucas it stops, plain and simple it works.Maybe these "other" lifters will do the trick but as I said i've never seen any such thing personaly.
Sorry neighbor, I can't support that.I recently threw my maf-t on, set stock all nobs, blow through and didn't have to touch my safc-II.Now granted I later fixed some other issues and have since turned my safc-II up or down 1 point in a few of the 4k+ bands but nothing remotely needed...

Agree with this fellow. also as I have more or less the same car try these things,1) your temporary ecu is probly wrong, or busted, STOP using it before it fries a sensor or 12. Wait for yours, and make sure it looks good before installing it. also make sure they did/do it right this time...
Boost leak is air leaking out of your intercooler pipes, pressurized air can make all kindsa sounds when it finds a way to escape.If you have fluid leaking its not a boost leak, but a boost leak, if u think u have one, is a separete issue. :dsm:
