This is very informative.....to bad no one ever gets tickets for HIDs if so their bad the ticket probablly wasn't promted by the fact they have aftermarket lights. As far as my "primitave" housing I'm unlike you I actually have a retrofitted housing with projectors and I'm also running HIDs...

I would say this sounds like your starter is gone. but before you do that check the battery for correct charge. does it start if you jump it? you may want to check your alternator while you are at it as well. but from the symptoms you described sounds like a starter. when they go bad or are...
