does anybody know of a good do it yourself site for painting your valve cover? i would like to try it this summer, but as always hesitant that i will mess something up, i have to replace my valve cover gasket so i fig why not do it then.
First of all, i wasnt boosting 20 psi on purpose, the guy who installed my boost guage and mbc installed the mbc wrong and told me it was my boost guage that was broken, so i talked to someone else and found out that he put the mbc in backwards and my boost guage was right,

i know the afcII can read knock but i didnt think the 2nd gen cars had knock sensors, i have the afcII can you explain to me how you got it to read knock because i was told it couldnt, thanks
well theres 8 diff settings, up, down, right, left, and then up/right, right/down, down/left, and left/up. Now i cant remember off the top of my head but im pretty sure its either up/right or up/left, i think its up/right though. Look into it a lil and try looking at apexi's website.
i know this might sound dumb, but did you key in all the initial settings on the afc? You have to set them up for your car, and i know people who couldnt get there car to start or run right, and thats all it was.

When i first installed my afc everything, to my knowledge, was reading correct, now my throttle readings are off and when im on full throttle, the afc only reads 87%. Now this may seem like a dumb question but, is it possible that my afc is reading correct and theres something wrong with my TB...
Alright my clutch is weird as hell. Sometimes its fine, sometimes if feels...soft and sometimes it sticks to the floor and i have to reach down and pull it up. Now im not to keen with the whole clutch assembly, but someone told me it was prob my pressure plate. does that make sense? what else...
