Hey guys I figured it out it was b-63 the connector behind the radio the big blue one bad connection on black with white wire so I had to rewire that one wire , thanks to all who helped

Well that’s exactly what I just said with the key on have power at the ignition switch the black and white wire but there is no power on pin 82 at the ecu also black and white wireI’m trying to find b-63 the connector any where else I maybe having a problem with this wire

So my heater works great in the city but on the highway it’s barely doing anything I just replaced the thermostat with a new 180 one
