Have you checked fuel pressure? I know if you have a bad afpr then you can have intermittent fuel pressure. If you have an afpr that is.

maybe its cutting out because you don't have big enough injectors with that 16g?

do you have a check engine light on? if so just scan it and see what code your throwing.

how do you know its not marking the right speed? do you have bigger or smaller tires/rims on your car while driving? Might just be a fuse or you need a new gauge cluster.

ive had the same issue. since some of the 95 eclipses were built in 94 the will be odb1. it is highly annoying since I cant find one either. shits rough man lol
