As for the build, the car is together and off the jacks and parts are installed. As i was tuning the car with link my alternator crapped out so its just sitting in my garage right now..... reading my log and remembering the hours put in the car its kinda sad to see me loafing on an alternator...

my first "build": 99 gst 425HP

sorry i haven't updated in quite a while,to pazsion: not trying to sound rude, but i know how to launch the car I.E slip clutch and walk the peddle. IMO the fwd trannys are just plan ole shitty for holding power. To the naysayers of the 7 bolt, 14-17psi was seen daily when it was the DD...

    fpr replacement problem

yea, as mentioned above its hard to believe the apfr is the problem seeing that 2 completely different regulators are giving you the same problem, something is restricting your return line although i would have to imagine that the 60-50 psi your seeing couldn't push the clog through.... id say...

my first "build": 99 gst 425HP

yes i am stock internals with 7 bolt, i don't plan on pushing the car too hard maybe 22 psi on track days but 17psi dd on a very conservative tune, having that kinda hp dd. is silly IMO for a fwd anywayi do plan, however, to do a 6 bolt swap. the guy i bought the car from had a 6 bolt block...

my first "build": 99 gst 425HP

whats up, i have a 99 eclipse gst that i bought about 1 year ago that i cant seem to keep on the road to save my life. id like to blame it on the stigma of a DSM but i cant, more like a little to much "spirited driving". anyway i purchased the car and within about a month of owning the car my...
