i know i have posted this before, but no one ever replied and i need some advice on this. Whenever i let my foot go to the floor on that throttle and it gets around 4 or 5 thousand RPM these really weird noises start emmiting from under the hood. i have a 95 with the 99's front headlights and front bumper, so it will work i'm sure. Hopefully i will have some pics up soon so i can prove it.

yeah if you are really just looking to get the car going, get the 16G you will be alright with that.

try looking at the dejon tool upper IC pipes, they have flanges made for each specific type of BOV.
