I installed the bigger nozzle today in my aem system. my question is, when installing the check valve into the new nozzle, is there anything that goes between the bronze piece at the end of the spring and the actual nozzle? or should you be able to clearly see the bronze through the nozzle...

Well the aem system uses a recirculation style pump so I don't even think it has a Hobbs switch. The progressive controller works well for creating a linear fuel curve versus a switch that controls either full blast or no juice. plus with the controller the auxiliary maps aren't necessary...

Make sure you check the box in link to ignore cyliner misfire. It comes from putting an eprom in your car. If you check that box it should go away. And btw. The onlyway to fix it besides putting a petentiometer on a wire (which wire it is escapes me) that goes into the ecu, is to buy link and...

Yeah your ecu isn't seeing any o2 signal. Make the signal get to the ecu and your golden! Just cut the old wire for front 02 and direct wire the nb sim wire into the ecu.
