    what do you think is easier drilling a hole in your exhaust and then having the bung welded in which would take 5 mins tops OR having to do all the wiring that is necessary and soldering in resistors just to eliminate your rear o2 sensor?to each its own i guess
  2. How much did you pay for your DSM?

    i dont have the car anymore but in Sept of 05 i bought a '95 TSi AWD with 18k original miles on it. it was garage kept the whole time the original owner had the car. it was black and absolutely flawless looked like it belonged on a showroom floor. anyway i bought it for 6,200.

    dude you need to calm down...believe me you dont know enough about DSMs to be jumping onto a 50 or 60 trim. he tried to help you, and if you didnt know 650cc injectors would be useless with either one of those turbos then you need to do some research pal. and its not what you will be boosting...

    thats weird...ive never heard that before...do you think its because of the larger flapper or the stock wastegate actuator?

    +1 you can even find mint gsx's with 350-400whp for less than 10kbe smart about iti would even agree with buying an evo if you wanted something newer and more reliable

    thanks guys for the help...yes i know every car is different and needs an individual tune. i set the low at -25 across and the hi at -40 and the idle is 100 times better. even though it still kept stalling in me. but anyways the car was picked up on sunday and it hurt to see her go. but atleast...

    and if you have the head off...why not spend the 50 bucks on this tool?this spring compressor looks 100x easier than the one we have in our Chrysler shop...that tool was a bi*** and took forever

    hey guys...its been a year since i touched my DSM, last year i installed a whole 50 trim setup and now i need a base tune. 50 trim 21 psi, ex wg (if that makes a difference to anyone), 780cc's, hks 272s, FMIC, intake, exhaust, 255 fpthanks for the help

  13. 550s or 660s for a Big 16g and why?

    you can easily max out the performance of the 550s, its def better to go bigger. this way if you decide to add a few small things along the way the 550s arent maxed out already
  14. K&N FIPK Adapter needed! Can not find one anywhere..

    i take that back the kit they sell comes with a different cone which wouldnt fit and besides there out of that kitand im 99% sure if you take out the stock air box, that filter will fit right onto the stock mas. but i will double check tom morning and post picsi havent gotten my filter...
