in my area (Phoenix, AZ) we have a store called Parker Hose and Hosepower. They can build custom hoses. Im sure you have something similar in your area that can handle that.

I have a 1990 GSX that I have been road racing on and off for a while. My suggestion for radiator size would be a larger capacity aluminum radiator. I have a fluidyne that I think holds about 1/2 gallon more than stock. A lot of people also make ducting to the radiator out of sheets of aluminum...
