    Have you held the throttle blade WIDE OPEN during cranking? The intake manifold/ cylinders may be flooded and cant ignite.

    GVR4 cluster illumination lights do not work. HVAC lights do.

    Agreed with pin 11 being power supply if thats good you may be looking at a bad rheostat. The ground comes from it.

    Possibly bad timing belt hydraulic tensioner. Shouldnt have any play in it “by hand”
