It was actually super easy. The only thing I did was cut the stock banjo bolt down so it would fit all the way into the caliper. Bertha smith but known chinaloa69 on here makes the brackets. These brakes utilize the 2g 3kgt rotors with 1g 3kgt calipers
Finally got some time to work on the dsm after a bunch of life stuff happening so I'm pretty excited about it. I'm saving up for the tune now so should have that done in the next couple weeks. I really enjoy how the car has come together so far. Even with all the set backs and misfortune along...
quick update. i got my tires mounted to the evo rims. Received my wedge brackets in the mail and installed the driver side evo recaro. Also wired in my wideband and boost guage
im thinking about running an hx40 on my 4g64 build. ive heard nothing but good things about it. The specific one i was looking at is a 67mm billet hx40 with .82ar open t3. From the research ive done it should do 90lb/min and 8's in the quarter which is more than plenty for me.
I had some problems recently with my transmission. I put my car on the ground and car just rocked back and forth like it was in gear when it wasn't. So I pulled it out and replaced with another one I had lying around. I just ordered a tcase to match the trans so it will b here soon
Finally got my brother to come over. We both got on a different side and spun each front wheel. It was super hard to spin but when we did the motor wanted to spin also. So I'm gonna pull trans n mess with it
But first I'm gonna try to get some help and have someone try to rotate the other front tire at the same time see what that does then I'll put the t case on if my test results are good
