I was just fartin' around on the K&N site looking for some relevant info, and what vehicle is in the middle of the page? A 2G Talon! Nice :cool:BTW, I don't buy into K&N's claims or see the need to oil my air filter.
Not sure what you're asking. I think it's the "paid" word that messing me up.As for the OEM "boost" gauge, who the f*** knows. Just ignore it and get a real gauge (must have boost and vac).
Here's another link for the Plymouth people. IDK so does this look familiar?1997 Eagle Vision OEM Logo Original Dealer Key Blank NOS 97 | Amazingkeys.com

And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the K&N filter (or at least, the old version) doesn't have the "open funnel" design at the beginning, like other filters (such as the one Extreme PSI offers) do. Years ago I remember seeing a "sales pitch" diagram where this was "scientifically"...
I personally like the ones Extreme PSI offers.EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance PartsAnd here is an old photo of Extreme PSI's intake kit, including the aftermarket filter.
Welcome Adam. There's much love and respect for Evo owners on this site, and some of us like swapping parts between the genres. ;)EDIT: Oh, more pix please?
