TEIN. I have the Flex coilovers with EDFC for street/track. The good thing about tein is that they can build you a set of coilovers with custom spring rates so you can set it up for drag, for the same price. The two you listed are good coilovers but they arent really set up for drag.
search facebook for solo8... they make some sweet custom tail lights. they did a 240 with star leds for tail lights... really gets me thinking about what im going to to do mine!
ya just get one in that thread pitch. Many knobs are universal and have differant threaded inserts for differant applications. I got mine from NRG, they have some sick ones that are decently priced
Check out Oracle lighting for some SICK led bulbs, I replaced all my bulbs from them not to long ago with their bulbs... what a great upgrade! Ill do it to all my cars now!
Yup, just coats the front, but there a ton of finnage that still cools like normal that is untouched by paint. Its not really a noticible thermal differance painted vs unpainted...Paint it and make it a sleeper!
ya ebay will get you by for a while, but nothing beats a GOOD exhaust setup (sound, quality, performance, longevity).... but like i said, theyll get you by but the ole saying you get what you pay for should be eBays slogan
Not too many people make bolt on kits, most of them are just a weld in job, quick and easy for any muffler shop for 10-20$, then just wire them up and start scaring small children!
Theres jerk offs in all car communities. I try not to discrimintate, all cars are cool... and even cooler when you throw on a big turbo :) People will always be hatin though
You could get away with using the factory retainers, but since your already into the head why not spend the extra to get the titanium retainers?Lighter weight takes a ton of weight off your valvetrain. Lighter valvetrain revs faster, and their stronger. So they arent necessary... but...
Especially with a cage stiffining the car up, you'll never be able to tell if you fix that or not. But since youve gone ripping all the interior and sound deadening out it wouldnt hurt to get that patched up while your getting that other work done. Thats a quick and easy patch job!
