So I noticed that my spark plugs had some oil in the the spark plug boot area but when I removed them they had oil on the threads . all this with the oil consumption I have all points to bad piston rings but here where it gets interesting the car runs perfectly and has no smoke or very little...
Tension seems a little loose and now that I think about it I didn't change the hydrologic Tensioner when I did my timing job so I think I'll just re do my all my timing stuff and see how it helps thanks
So my 2g spyder has had this sound for awhile and I cont pinpoint what it could be its coming from the right side of the engine bay but the car runs perfectly, just looking for some help or input as I try and track it down
So the transmission fluid is due to be changed so I got this one from STM tuned but see alot of people saying use atf+4 just wanted to make sure its the right one, i know its a newbie question but thanks anyway
Sounds like a your getting a shotty ground somewhere or somewhere i would go check all your grounding points for corrosion or some other reason why there not making a good connection
