Sounds to me like some thing is not lined up did you use the right bolt pattern it goes in 6 point star pattern . If so something then something is hitting inside the bell housing . You may need to take it off and look some aftermarket parts need mods to work

I just put a new clutch in my car i did not have a problem with the clutch pedal before i done this . but now i have no clutch pedal i have replaced the clutch master and the slave still no pedal if some one can help me that wold be great dsm612
