In the process of buying a 98 gst, we did a compression test and cylinders 1,2, and 4 were all in spec except for cylinder 3 which was 48psi below spec. I'm thinking Scorched cylinder? Ideas on what may be wrong, and best way to fix, sleeve or bore? New block? Thanks!
