I recently noticed my car is doing something funny. When going WOT, my car will rev to 5000 RPM's, then just sit at that RPM for about 2 or 3 seconds, then continue up the RPM band. I only have a K&N filter and just got done doing a lot of maintenance to the car, but no new plugs or wires for it...

On my "big" 14b I logged about 30 lbs/min with DSMLink and 15 psi on a 2g mas.

You could, but I wouldn't do it personally.

Change it to 37 psi with the vacuum line disconnected.

Have you tried adjusting the clutch pedal at the master cylinder? I would try that out.

I used 2 quarts of MTL and 1 quart of BG when I last changed it. I don't really notice much difference vs. synchromesh in my stock 142k tranny.

Try moving the exhaust on the rubber hangers. Mine hits the driveshaft at times but it's better now that I moved it around.

You could try taking the oil cap off and getting a grip from the inside if all else fails. Then pull...like a man. :)

Looks to be some good old Copper RTV. I also do this. Every time. I wish I could stop, but the damn "I might as well while I'm in there..." mentality has got me by the balls.
