Replaced the old exhaust with a newly fabricated stainless steel one. the car now sounds a lot more aggressive and got a little power boost in the process.
update: had the entire exhaust redone by a local shop, fabricated front to back. just got back from picking it up and I gotta say, I spent the entire ride home with the windows down and a smile on my face. it sounds incredible (the shop owner said he'd never had a car that sounded that good and...
I was just about to email a local shop that fabricates exhausts, I've found some parts that may fit but vehicle inspections here can be a real pain and i'm fairly sure that slapping an aftermarket exhaust on my car is gonna make things difficult on my next inspection.
I have found the workplace...
after more searching I've found the following downpipe that seems to fit. I can't get a clear picture of the current situation but it looks like an identical flange. (possible fit from the gallant 4g64?)any aftercat that has a similar connection to the muffler should work as well, I guess
The exhaust on my car is in need of replacement.
So far I've managed to find a replacement catalytic converter (current one looks like it's about to drop from the car). the other parts are giving me a serious head-ache.my main problems are
1) all GS/RS or Non-Turbo exhaust parts I can find...
Haven't updated this in a long time but haven't been idle either.
The car has had it's up 2gb cosmetic changes, nose & spoiler were changed, had a complete repaint in its original Monarch Green Pearl.
Also had extensive work done to remove&replace rust on underside & the rear hatch.currently...
well, local body shop owner nearly had an anxiety attack, he's not looking forward to it and it'll likely cost me ~500 to fit the spoiler, which would push the total cost of it to nearly 1000 :/anyone got any tips/tricks to shave it myself?also, the spoiler has sat in its box for a few weeks...
I already got the foglights, do you have both brackets? If you do, let me know how much you want for them.
as for the cover, still haven't gotten around to getting it 3D printed as the guy in charge seems to have gone on holiday already, gonna try again next week but if just in case, let me know...
photobucket isn't playing along, even on their site i get the '3rd party hosting' image.either way, i'm guess i'm going to take this to the local body shop and let the pros handle it
bought a 3rd party new 2Gb spoiler but the fitment is wonkey, big gaps to the side of the spoiler.
any advice on how to make these fit?
this was just a first try fit, cleaned up the old placement of the low spoiler more and tried again, still the same.
thanks for looking either way.
need the 2gb headlights, ordered new replacements guess i'll just wait for them.
haven't had any luck myself on the fog light bezel, maybe i'll try getting one 3d printed from the one i already have. from what i've seen they're just mirrored. hopefully it aint too...
that'd be much appreciated.ps: pls check the other thread, i need more parts and i'm having trouble finding them :/

so the passenger side door cap is definatly a repaired replacement, shows signs of repair and is completely warped, tried mounting it with 3M doublesided mounting tape but when the top fits, the underside just flares out, trying to get the underside to fit and the top side rips up the mounting...
nice find, too bad about the crack in the front bumper but you can buy those new for ~$50.
hope you don't find too many hidden surprises :PI got my GS for €4500 (they're very rare here, sadly) and turned out to have a serious rust problem
