I need to get some new seats for my 97 eclipse gs spyder. The ones I have are all torn up, and I'm in the market for some bucket seats. I'm just wondering how they go in and all. Would they bolt straight in to the pre-existing holes for the old seats? And what about the seatbelt? I'm not trying...
Scratch everything I said before. I'll try to give a visual. I essentially want my car to be exactly like this performance-wise:

Okay. Thanks for the info! I just heard a lot about people saying it's a better setup. I never really saw the point, but I would have done it if it actually did have an advantage. It sounds like too much of a hassle for little to no improvement.
As for my engine, I think I want to put a 4g63 head on my 2.4L 4g64 block.I'm pretty sure the Spyder roofs were intended to leak.. At least that's how it seems. ;) I don't use the rear speaker holes because they were too shallow for my 6x9s, so I put them in speaker boxes with a few extra...
I have a 97 Eclipse GS Spyder that cam with the 2.4L SOHC 4g64 engine. I was wondering if I can replace the head with a DOHC 4g63 head without needing any additional parts. Would the 4g63 timing belt work? I've heard different answers, but I want answers from people that have actually dealt with...
