I need to get some new seats for my 97 eclipse gs spyder. The ones I have are all torn up, and I'm in the market for some bucket seats. I'm just wondering how they go in and all. Would they bolt straight in to the pre-existing holes for the old seats? And what about the seatbelt? I'm not trying...

Some other quick things to check.. Because he just got it, make sure the plugs have the right gap. Make sure fuel is making it to the fuel rail. If it isn't, you could have either a bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay.

What check engine lights does it have?

Look at the timing belt. Make sure it's not broken.

Are you making a build log? Be sure to take plenty of pictures and post them. I haven't been able to come across many pictures of the process, and I know that plenty of the people planning on doing the DOHC 4g64 build want to see how other people did it.
