Since cars are sent from the factory ready for e85 now a days, I imagine it's not impossible to make a pump that will last against it long term, unless they are replacing these factory pumps often?
I don't think you will get much from it with stock injectors and no wide band, but it is definitely worth it. I used it to "band aid" problems I had on other cars before I modded them, worked great and in the end I was going to need it anyways. If your strapped for cash pick up some evo...
Go back to stock, I mean everything. You can keep the intake "if" it has the carb exempt number on it still and does not look like it has been modified or messed with but if it were me I would go stock on that too.Last I was there they didn't have AWD rollers, well in this area atleast.As...
Ground wires, I eventually just replaced them though but it was a temp solution to see if that was the problem or not. I used a dremel to grind every contact point on both the cable and the chassis and trans and also the intake one. Lucky for me it wasn't actually in the wire harness.
Eventually I cut all the wires and ground down new ground points for all the grounds with new cables. It worked and the car had no issues afterwards. I had checked all electronics before hand.
I think I bought a t25 off you a few months back? Clean car, here in Cali you will get lowballed to hell and no one will pay anything for the car, if you want the most return then you definitely need to part out.Are you sure its crank walk? That term is thrown around a lot without it actually...
Ground's checked, negative cables replaced twice, changed out ecu to one from a working driving car, battery swapped many times with good ones that were fully charged, new terminals as well.No power at all, no brake lights, no interior lights, no head lights, no door chime, not a single speck...
Looks pretty good, you got most everything covered.I would say for a 400-500 whp goal the red is too large though, the green would get the job done easy and produce a even quicker spool. Since you are building a stroker I would assume you are looking for the quickest spool you can get.
Well a bone stock car will probably make 170 to the wheels at best in stock trim, maybe less due to the all wheel drive-train. I believe it was rated at 195 at the crank?A 16g will get you over 300 with the right setup, and more. That's pretty close to double. Heck the 14b can make some good...
How did you come up with the magical "400 whp" number?Do your maintenance, and quite honestly with a post like this it sounds like you would probably be happy with your basic evo 3 16g with supporting mods.
Make a template from the wing and line it up on your trunk, mark and drill the holes. Pretty simple. This pic has the measurements on them from a stock factory installed wing.
