Here's two of the things that I'm not sure I reconnected correctly. I'm like 95% these are ground wires and should be grounded to the body.And I remember this being attached to the body, but I have no idea what this is.

Could it maybe be some capacitor got too drained? I plugged all the anti theft stuff back in.
