I'm not sure exactly how that works. You could wire up a manual switch that is connected to the door locks that you place under the hood and every time you activate it, the doors would unlock. But do you really want to go through all of that work? haha I think the easiest solution is simply...

If I were you I would just start to roll the window down every time when you pop the hood. Then you can just reach in and unlock the door lol. Or you could pull the fuse that controls the door locks...

Are you sure they just aren't stock?

Have you searched a parts dealer like rock auto or anything? They have the correct OEM part... usually

Does the car turn over and just not spark?

Have you checked the fuel pump?

From rock auto you can get the calipers and pads for about $50 each and the rotors about $20 each. I would say at least half off if they are used.

Maybe disconnect the motor and reconnect it. The connector might just be loose.

Your car sounds like its running fine. If it throws a code then i would be worried
