No they didnt, they are just overlays, from speed hut... and if i just pull the needles off and place them at the right spots will that work? or is calibrating more complicated?

I just ordered new quges from speed hut and as you cna see they fall all the way back down to zero when they are out of the car, but when i turn the vehicla over they rise to 50 mph and 2 thousand rpm, how do i make it so that there all resting on the needles when they get power...
