yes, did this and adjusted it to the correct place in neutral and tested the park (it works)I think my clutch has to be burnt or in pieces especially with my shift cable now adjusted properly.

1995 eagle talon FWDWas coming to a stop off of the highway and the car downshifted and started bouncing between neutral and 3rd but never went down to 2nd or 1st.
