Rockauto is usually my "go to" but they're not always reliable. All I found on their site were for "Front, Rear and Transmission" and they were mainly for Automatics but mine is a 5 speed. I'll keep looking though. Thanks.
Hey folks,Great news. I'm back running after I got my ECU back from ecmtuning last weekend. GREAT work, BTW !!!
I need to know where I can get a factory insert/mount for the driver side. I see a lot of them advertised for the 1.8 but I have the 2.0 and they won't fit. I put in polyeurthane...
Thanks, Steve. That's exactly why I posted the pics because I couldn't tell where the leaking and corrosion were coming from but I knew it had to be a bad ecu. Do you know if anyone in the forum still repairs? I'll get another one but if repairing is a cost comparable option, I can also go that...
Hey folks,I deduced my issue of my no start when cranking. I got everything back to regular idle after a LONG time of erratic and high idle. I installed a new rack and pinion set, bled it and was all good. As soon as I changed the oil before taking it to get an alignment, it started acting up...
It's the stop switch. Looks like a miniature spark plug that you have to back out and adjust and keeps the throttle from clicking all the way in.
It was working fine a few weeks ago after some adjusting but now, it goes high idle again when I take the plug off to adjust it and when I plug it...
Hey, my apologies for bringing up an old thread but does anyone know where I can get another ISC switch? It's been off and on working but today I started the Talon and no matter how many times I adjusted it, it went from idle surge to just straight high idle. It was working fine a few weeks ago...
Thank you, everyone for the replies. This was WAAAAAAY more help than I got trying to find them myself. I kept hitting dead ends.the eBay link looks just like what I need but the payless link came up "404 page not found" but from what you guys are showing, these look like they will work. The...
Hey, everyone. I'm looking for a replacement bulb of this. I saw a post of a pc74 and ordered it but it came in today and that model doesn't fit. This came out of the dashboard portion that fits behind the dial that controls hot/cold for the a/c.
It has the amber covering but I took it off. Can...
I noticed that too. I bought the polyurethane inserts for the driver side anchor and transmission mount and I HATE it. At the time I thought they absorbed the vibration but really they just redirect it to the cockpit so that the engine supposedly has better response. I'm trying to go back to OEM...
So, here's the update:
New lifters came in yesterday and I installed. Same issue. Timing marks are on point and I can turn engine by hand as well, still.
Yeah, it was crazy. They were so stiff, the paper clip actually a couple of times on the ones that wouldn't compress. The new ones came in today and each one was great. One gave me a "little" trouble but it finally compressed, thank God!
