What did you use to plug up the water pump on the back side. On my 4G swapped FC, I welded up a u pipe to point it toward the radiator but never was really happy with it.

About 66.5mm, so I'm assuming allowing for tip clearance, looking at a 66mm exducer wheel

I've got this Precision exhaust housing found in my parts stash. I tried emailing Precision but they never returned my email.Hoping to build a new turbo for my 4g63T swapped Rx7.

So it leaked between the filter housing and the pump? Not the pump and the block?Can you take a straight end and a feeler gauge and check for flatness? Just to compare against stock? Might make you return case with Extreme stronger...

Don't feel bad, my 4g63 Rx7 has been sitting under a car cover for over a year because of multiple engine rebuild problem (2 cranks, 4 blocks, 5 different heads) and I'm still in need of a cylinder head to finish.Keep at it, it would be nice to see another one out there.

Well I ended up getting Wiesco Pistons since I had to bore the block. I guess I'll put these up for sale soon.

I've got probably 30 used DSM rocker arms. I wouldn't run different arms with different weights. Why take the chance on a rebuild.

I would try getting someone to Tig it for you. To save some cash, You could cut all the pieces out, tack them with a Mig and send them to a welder to finish weld. Make sure your gaps are tight.
