Need advice on putting back together properly

How would I do this and is it benafical?

my whole ac unit doesnt work at all but i want the fan to kick on when my radiator fan kicks on

So i took off the bushing and order a new one slapped the old one back on and now its running again need help on bypassi g the ac fan so it can kick on anyond know how to do this

I am really hyor to get back in this car but i messed up the shift cables some how when i was taoeing out roll gaurd and now my wholr life is up side down help someone. My first drive in this var and i fell in love o was all about american musclr but man this was a game changer.

I recently took of the shifter to thinking idk wat reason when i was taking out this hugh roll gaurd and idk if i bent the wire or am missing something butt it keeps popping out of gear when i do 2,4,R idk if i can adjust cables or what can anyone help me
