Sorry, I know this is a little old, but if you're using a 2G ecu with a 1G CAS this problem will happen. I turned off the cylinder misfire detection function of the ECU using ECMLink and it went away. Problem solved.

I haven't had a chance to swap out the igniter or the coil..After driving around a little more today I realized a few things..When it starts sputtering, it feels like 1 cylinder goes out.It also only occurs when I am in between 10 and 20 vacuum.Any other suggestions?

Well im a little confused. Looking in your profile it says you have a N/T car. But anyway yes you can vent to atmosphere the correct way using a blow through setup.To do that I would suggest reading up on it to figure out how it works...
