Your best bet would be paint thinner. It should just come right off.

Rigging up tubing to run to your radiator from those outer holes will be in my opinion difficult. You should look into why its getting hot. Coolant low? thermostat not working? etc.

UPDATE: Saturday night I was working on it and figured out there was way to much fluid in it. I decided to drain the fluid and well over 5 quarts came out. Refilled it to specs and now it runs find and the temp gauge out of no where started working(I thought I had wiring issues but might of had...

Thanks so much for all of your guy's post. Its going into the shop that built my trans on Friday and he is going to flush it and refill it. I will keep you guys posted to let you know how it goes.

I bought what looks like the same projectors and no they did not use the stock bulbs. They did come with there own though. But your plug still goes into these lights, no modification other then the halo.
