The only thing I would be worried about is have the crank off balance, nor would i even trust this in a higher hp car.. buy a new crank which should be to expensive. Most people just trash the 7-bolts.
It's hard to tell on camera. It looks off a tooth on the crank.. Make sure the marks line up.. NOT the teeth on the cam gear. Turn the motor over a few times and line up the marks. See if they line up again.
Ditch the cheap shit and go to a HKS Exhaust. They are much quiet at idle. I never get bother by cops in my area. HKS puts in long smaller resonators that helps keep noises down. Plus the thicker metal helps too.
Im in the processes of building a 6-bolt motor for my 98. I want to rev to 9K.. Ive heard from more than one person that the lifter at that RPM will see too much oil pressure. Any where from 100-130 psi at the head witch the lifter can not bleed out fast enough and end up with bent valves...
I would look into the Fidanza 3.2 Performance clutch. Its a four puck Kevlar, sprung disc that drive like a stock clutch, and can take repeated launches. Check out the video that they have on there homepage.. I've been doing this for a while and I learned allot from the video. I want to try...
I would recommend replacing the low oil pressure sensor and check to see if the wires are good... Maybe spending some money on a real oil pressure gauge and seeing if it dips.. Check your oil for any silver metal too.
I know that Borg Warner turbos are more efficient then Garrett but I don't know about the Bullseye exhaust housing?? That does make or break a turbo... I'm interested in seeing how it dynos
