I'm having the same problem but mine won't start unless the Cas is unplugged. I have already replaced the Cas and crank sensor. Still no luck.

You could go rent a noid light set if you have a local orielly's around that might help you out with out spending to much money.

My trans broke on me last night. It locked itself in first, I managed to get it out. Now it wont go into first. Fifth and reverse are very difficult to go into as well. sorry for high jacking the thread.

My ball joint was very hard to remove also, I ended up having to use the heat wrench to get it out. Do you have access to a ball joint separator?

I had to make a jumper to have my cluster work. I was also gonna change out the factory fuel gauge but I didn't want to go to the trouble of figuring out the sending unit for it. I got lazy and stuck with what I had.

Nice job. I actually did the same thing awhile ago except I also replaced my water temp gauge as well. I didn't want gauges all over so that is the route I went. Looks good keep up the good work.
