Something to think about for the injector flow sheet deadtimes. Those are just a guide to get you started. It doesn't take into account the engine size or the efficiency of the engine. So some customization still needs to be done. They are not supposed to be set in stone and never changed...
The deadtime settings in InjBatteryAdj for 12V and 14V could be lowered closer to stock settings. I also don't think the other voltages needed to be so high either. Did you get these numbers from a flow sheet? I would adjust these first before the deadtime setting in Fuel tab.
Try setting the Coasting FC offset to 0 and see if that brings your idle down to your target idle.Nothing really jumps out at me. Most of your settings look pretty good. Fuel trims are in a good range.
Just checked your log. Stop driving it. It's way out of whack. Your timing is retarded a lot. Your TPS is not adjusted correctly. It's not going into closed loop. Defintely something wrong. And how do you have a GM 3bar connected to Baro and a Omni 4 bar connected to MDP? It's one or...
This is looking a lot better. Do you feel that the idle is smoother than it was previously? But it looks like your airflowperrev could still be brought up higher. Go to the MAF Comp and set the 50Hz slider at 6.2%, 150Hz at 4.7, 250 at 3.9 and 400 at 3.1.Once you save this, the car will...
Startup in open loop is normal. It switches to closed loop once o2 has warmed up and coolant gets up to a certain temperature. Blipping the throttle will also put it into open loop when you let off the throttle. This is normal. It should switch back to closed loop once the injectors kick...
Not much more available to log. Maybe just adding Battery voltage to the log. If you have a MAP sensor that would be nice to have too.If you can set the global correctly to 1000cc that should help pull more fuel out and you wouldn't need to go so far negative with the MAFComp. So just start...
It stopped cycling because it dropped out of closed loop and went into open loop. I can't tell what would have caused it to go into open loop. Not enough information in the log. Possibly you pulled the MAFComp too far negative in the 50hz slider. What size injectors are you running? I'm...
96 and up were fully obd2 compliant. Any obd2 scanner should have been able to read the ecu. Check your wiring harness at the ecu, make sure it has not been hacked up by previous owner. Make sure the wiring are connected and not loose. It does sound like not enough air is bypassing the...
It shouldn't need a new igniter. Uses the stock one. Did you get the pnp version? Where the stock coils plug into the stock igniter, there is a triangular plug with 3 wires. Unplug, the stock coils, and plug the COP plug into that.
There does not appear to be anything wrong in the NG log. If you are using cruise control, it is maintaining a set speed throughout the log. It looks normal from what I can see. If you are going downhill, it will lift off the throttle to try to keep the speed fron increasing. And then going...
In the RPM/TPS tab. Set your Coasting FC offset to 100rpm. Save to ecu.To do the TPS adjust. With the engine off, key to on position. Do a start capture. Cycle the gas pedal from all the way up and all the way down a few times. Then stop capture. Then right click the graph and do TPS...
